  2. Love, love, love your website! Just found it today and it will be a daily read for me. My husband and I have recently started to take better care of ourselves and this is right up our ally! Have you ever heard of Paul Chek? I would be anxious to hear what you think of his philosophies...thanks for sharing such great information!

    2. We recently bought his bestselling book 'How to Eat, Move and be Healthy' It has been very enlightening! Sounds similar to some of the things you discuss regarding eating and exercise. Here is a link to one of his web sites: http://www.chekinstitute.com/

  3. Loved this!! I'm excited about finding your blog. I also love both neutrogena and Aveeno products. I love positively radiant in 30 SPF! It works well for me. I'll be using waaaay more sunblock on my kids now. Do you recommend applying SPF daily on children just like adults? I never hear anyone talking about it but imagine it's important.

    1. Welcome! Ideally yes, we would recommend sunscreen for kiddos too; however, I can imagine that this might be a logistical problem :) We do know that the brief, intense sun exposures (especially burns) in kids does increase risk for melanoma later in life, so I would recommend drenching them before they'll be outside for a longer period of time. I got a sample of the Coppertone spray that can be used on wet skin, so I am excited to let everyone know how that product works.
